For casual bookings, please contact Rebekah (TheirCare Educational Leader) on 0476 004 524. Please provide 24 hours notification to ensure adequate staffing levels to effectively care for your child.

If you are making an on the day booking cancellation (e.g. your child is sick or there is a change of pick up arrangement) please notify Lucy (Yarrabah OSHC coordinator) on 0459 868 746, Lucy will then update the school office, classroom teachers and TheirCare.

Term 2 School Holiday Program

TheirCare relocated the Term 2 School Holiday Program to Berendale School in Hampton East due to building works occurring at Yarrabah School over the holiday break. Well done to all TheirCare team members for their tremendous efforts in ensuring a smooth transition to Berendale School. Thank you to all the families for their understanding and flexibility during this time.

Students had fun participating in a variety of special activities, incursions, excursions and in house fun over the Term 2 school holiday break. Students engaged in activities such as cooking, Lego building, arts and crafts, ball sports, board games and role play including a beauty parlour. A highlight of the holiday program was visiting Southland Village Cinemas to see Toy Story 4, a much loved movie experience. Chesterfield Children’s Farm enabled students to get up close and personal with fuzzy and furry friends of all different sizes. Student’s also enjoyed the Proactivity incursion having fun playing cricket, soccer, basketball and other outdoor activities in the sun.

TheirCare looks forward to seeing everyone again for more exciting activities over the Term 3 school holidays.
