Please arrive at the fields at least 10 to 15 minutes before the game to find out where your child is playing. If you are running late look for players wearing the St Nicholas School sports uniform. Tamworth All Age Netball Carnival
On Sunday 5 August, the year 5 St Nicholas Quicksilver team competed in the Tamworth Netball Association All Age Carnival. It was a wonderful sunny day down at the Tamworth Sports Dome and our team played 8 games against teams from Narrabri, South Tamworth Public, Westdale and St Edwards. We were undefeated in all games and were awarded the Division Carnival winners coming away with not only a gold medal but big smiles on our faces as we had such a wonderful time. A big thank you to my mum Amber Fitzgibbon for umpiring and coaching along with all the other parents and friends who helped, supported and encouraged us during the day. Our team on day consisted of myself, Thea Sheridan, Mia Shvili, Elle-May Stewart-Desborough, Lucinda Turner, Macie Thornton, Maddie Train and also joining our team for the day was Penny Hutchinson and Brooke Thompson from the Speedos Team – thank you girls for playing with us!
