Grade One Gardening

 Last week grade ones veggie patch produced parsnips ready to be picked! 

The parsnip is a root vegetable closely related to carrot and parsley. It is a biennial plant usually grown as an annual. 

Stay tuned for the next vegetable that will be ready in the coming months.
