Term 2 Week 10

Book Series of the Week

Every week in the library a new series will be on display to help expose students to all different kinds of books.

Week 9 had the David Walliams books on display. Each book is about follows a different characters story and how they over come problems or learn lessons. For example the book Fing is about a child who wanted everything but still wanted more. Just one more "fing".

Or the book Awful Auntie. which follows the character Stella and how she is going to stop her Awful Auntie from taking her right to Saxby Hall with a secret and some spooky weapons.

Week 10 was non-fiction books for NAIDOC week. These books tell stories and teach us about Indigenous community, life, beliefs, struggles and perseverance. The poster also added below talks more about what this week is all about.
