Year 11 Formal

Year 11 students will have the opportunity to attend the St. John's Regional College Year 11 Formal this year. The event will occur on Friday 5 August 2022 from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. The Year 11 Formal will be held at The Grand on Princes, 2251 Princes Highway, Mulgrave. Students are asked to arrive on time and be picked up on time, as the venue is booked for this limited time only. Please be mindful of Friday afternoon traffic, allowing sufficient time for a timely arrival. Only current St. John’s Regional College Year 11 students may attend the event. No one who is not a student of St. John's will be permitted.

 

All food, drink, photography, music and security is included in the ticket price of $85. A three-course meal will be served, including a non-alcoholic beverage package. Photos will be taken by professional photographers and students can choose to purchase these on the night. Other photos on personal devices can also be taken. A DJ will provide the music for the event. Two security guards have been booked through the venue, to ensure the safety of all students.

 

Tickets can be purchased via TryBooking https://www.trybooking.com/BZJBN and must be purchased by Friday the 24th of June.  No additional tickets will be sold after this date.

Year 12 Graduation

The Year 12 Graduation Mass, followed by dinner, will be held on 18 November 2022 at St. Patrick’s Cathedral from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Zinc at Federation Square from 7.30 pm to11:30 pm respectively.

 

For the Graduation Mass celebrated at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, graduates are asked to arrive by 5:00 pm to enable time for a group photo to be taken. Please be mindful of Friday afternoon traffic, allowing sufficient time for a timely arrival. Federation Square car park boasts 500 car spaces which is accessible from Russell Street and Batman Avenue. This would be the ideal place to park for the dinner.

 

A two-course menu will be served at the venue, including a non-alcoholic beverage package. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at the bar.

 

Parents of graduating students can purchase as many tickets as needed (venue capacity 550 people), at the cost of $118.00 per ticket. This must include tickets for the graduating student and for the parents/guardians of the student, and any other person over the age of fourteen. Please note that a parent/guardian must accompany the graduating student, regardless of whether the student is 18 or not.

Tickets must be purchased and paid for in full by 14 October 2022. No additional tickets will be sold after this date. 

 

A deposit payment of $40 per ticket must be made by 24 June - End of Term 2.

A second payment of $39 per ticket must be made by 19 August - End of Week 6, Term 3.

A third payment of $39 per ticket must be made by 14 October - End of Week 2 Term 4.
