2019 P&F Activities

As the year comes to a close, we look back on the year that has past. We have had a really successful year, from the Mothers Day and Fathers Day Breakfasts and Stalls, the Hot Cross Bun and the Towel and Apron drives. The countless canteens we have held for performances in the Chapel and Performing Arts Centre. The Movie Night, Comedy Night, Fun Run and the Cumberland and Fairview Discos.  We are very grateful for all of the support that has been received from the committee and from all the volunteers, a little or a lot of help makes a huge difference.

Stuck on You Fundraising

We have  teamed up with Stuck on You, where you can buy all your back to school needs for 2020! They include labels, to Bento Box, Lunch bags and much much more. The products on the Stuck on You website can also  give you great Christmas gift ideas.

Go to www.stuckonyou.com.au/affiliate/fundraiser/AITKEN and go crazy designing  your child's labels and all their back to school needs. At the same time you will be helping raise money for  Aiken College. We will earn 20% commission and 5% commission on promotional  items. When you log on to the Stuck on You website enter our fundraising code: AITKEN at the checkout.  Happy shopping!

Pre-loved Uniform Sale/Donations

Our upcoming Pre-loved Uniform sale will be held on Wednesday 22 January 2020  in CR1. It will be held on the same day as booklist collection. The sale starts at 9.00am  and we will be there until 3.00pm

If you have Aitken College uniform items at home that are no longer in use and are in wearable condition, we would love to have them. The Parents and Friends Association clean and iron the donated uniform items and re-sell them at our quarterly Pre-loved Uniform sales with all the funds going back to the Parents and Friends Association fundraising account. The items can be dropped off in our clothing bin near main Reception. Please remember that the items need to be in a wearable condition and we do not have a market for re-sale of Aitken College socks.

First Meeting in 2020

Our first meeting of the year will be held on Tuesday 18 February 2020 at 7.30pm in the Chapel and Performing Arts Centre, seminar room (upstairs room P24).
