100 DAYS OF PREP!

A few weeks ago, our amazing prepscelebrated 100 days of learning at MPS. 

What fun was had by all! 

PREMIERS' READING CHALLENGE REMINDER 

At Murrumbeena Primary School we have many children who have already or who have nearly finished this year’s reading challenge. 

Congratulations to all of these fabulous readers. See below for names of children who have completed the challenge so far, but for those children and parents who are not sure about doing the challenge, here’s some great reasons why you should get involved.

Firstly, setting yourself a goal for learning is a way to challenge yourself. It is the same as our fabulous Olympians who train by practising, improving and challenging themselves to be the best they can be!

Secondly, you will discover some different books to the ones you normally read and perhaps a new type of books or an author you really enjoy.

Thirdly, you will help our school achieve our goal of having most of our children achieve the Premiers' Reading Challenge certificate.

Finally, reading is fun and a great way to relax.

The Challenge will end on 3 September so start adding books now!
