Occasional Care GenConnect program - for FREE.

In the spirit of the much-loved ABC documentary 'Old People's Home for 4 Year Olds'. We are offering Maroondah senior residents the chance to interact with the preschool children in our Occasional Care GenConnect program - for FREE.

GenConnect is an 8-week intergenerational program based at the Occasional Care centre in Croydon. The program connects the younger and older generations via a variety of interactive activities.

Participation requirements

To get involved participants will need to be:

aged over 55 years
able to commit to the full 8-week program
be independently mobile
be able - and willing - to take part in a variety of activities.

There will be crafts, songs, dance and lots of fun!

Transport to and from the Occasional Care centre is available if needed, and you will also enjoy morning tea with the children.
