The Adventures of Frankie & Ash
School Support Dogs
So we are officially Dogs Connect Support Dogs! Mum and the core team at St Helena will start their training this term. We are very excited!! Mum says she will give you more information after their first big meeting next week.
We had a great holiday. Mum and Dad went away so our favourite foster parents Anna and Jamie came and looked after us. We got lots of trips to Altona Dog Beach, and big walks. We were very happy when Mum and Dad came home though. Ash may have done a little excited pee. I (Frankie) have much more self control. I brought Mum a plant from outside to show her how happy I was to have her home. Mum did not look as pleased as I thought she should.
We have been enjoying the rain. I like eating it. Ash likes rolling in the puddles. Mum and Dad do not like Ash rolling in the puddles.
I had day care on Tuesday. Mum got called to pick me up because the Day Care people were a bit worried when I vomited up a sock. Mum told them that it was much better out than in, and I would be ok to stay for the day. I am very glad because I love Doggy Day Care. I was very sneaky to get the sock - Mum had left her suitcase open to unpack it and I snuck a nice smelly one out! I was very happy with myself because socks seem pretty scarce at our house!
The lovely people at Bob Stewart's Uniforms have made us our very own St Helena bandannas. I don't mind wearing mine but Ash LOVES hers. She's a bit stupid and likes wearing clothes. I don't think she understands she's a dog.
That is all for now.
Bye.
