This year we celebrated World Mental Health Day by beginning to create our upcoming KDC Coping Kit! We asked students, teachers, and staff to share their ways they cope with a hard day. With answers from "go to sleep" "watch anime" & "talk with friends", it was lovely to see everyone get involved, and we can't wait to see all the suggestions together. We'll be sharing a KDC Coping Kit, including some of these strategies & other mental health & wellbeing tips & information, over the coming term, so make sure to keep an eye out, and reach out to the Wellbeing Team if you have something you want to add!
