Cultural Family Picnic and Arts/Tech Showcase

Staughton College has a diverse, interesting, and talented community. This was on full show at our Cultural Family Picnic and Arts/Tech showcase last Thursday. 

I am very proud of our students who performed and showed their work. It was a great celebration of who our students are and what they are capable of. Many parents and staff were in attendance creating a celebratory atmosphere that showed the strength of our connection across the Staughton Family. 

Our student leaders again stepped up to run many aspects of the event. I would like to pay tribute to the hard work and dedication of Yvette Medina, Sandie Johnstone, and Michelle Hellyer for their enormous hard work in setting up the event, and coping with the changes caused by the weather!
