Wellbeing & Disability and Inclusion

Throughout 2023, our school will be working closely with The Resilience Project to support the wellbeing of our school community.

The Resilience Project delivers emotionally engaging programs and provides evidence-based, practical strategies to build resilience.

We would like to share The Resilience Project’s Parent & Carer Hub with you. Here you will find a variety of information, videos and activities that outline the key pillars of resilience: Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness and Emotional Literacy.

This program is an important part of our school’s effort to look after the mental health of our community.

Resilience Profile Workshop for Parents and Carers

(Online) on Tuesday 13 June 6:30pm to 7:30pm AEST.

As part of The Resilience Project program students are involved in the Resilient Youth Survey each year. The survey provides a comprehensive wellbeing profile of students in each year level across the school. As a school we are always looking at ways we can further support the wellbeing of our students and work in partnership with you, the parents, to support the mental health of your children.

The Resilience Project has will be taking our staff through some school specific data from the survey and has kindly offered to deliver an evening presentation to you. The session will look at some key results from the student survey and cover themes specific to the home environment for your children such as connection, self-worth, device use, sleep and anxiety.

The Resilience Project will offer practical strategies for you as parents to support the mental health of your families in the home.
