Facilitating engagement with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, students learn vital skills for the future through designing, building and testing an original video game. This is not tied to any particular programming language and in 2023 the theme is Construction and Destruction.

Activities delivered as part of the camp include:

- Mentoring opportunities to meet current students in the Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne, hear about their experiences and aspirations.

Three-day Residential Holiday Program with Le Cordon Bleu
Year 11 and 12 students who may be considering a career as a top chef or in a management role in hotels and restaurants are invited to participate in the Le Cordon Bleu 3-day Residential Program.
Held in the June holidays, students will –
- Create Cuisine and Patisserie delights under the tutelage of Le Cordon Bleu chefs on campus
- Enjoy site visits to some of Melbourne's top restaurants and hotels
- Gain industry insights from chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers at the top of their profession
- Enjoy breakfasts at leading patisseries and dinners at 5-star hotels and/or fine dining restaurants
- Create a gourmet 3-course lunch for their parents in the on-campus training restaurant on Day 3 of the Residential

ACADEMIC INSIGHTS PROGRAM
The National Institute of Education (NIE) Australia has partnered with Immerse Education to bring you the Academic Insights Program for:
- Medicine
- Psychology
- Veterinary Studies
- Engineering
- International Relations
- Business Management, and
- Creative Writing
The program will see students live and study at The University of Sydney between 3 – 13 January 2024. Participants will attend lectures, tuitions, complete a research assignment, and be involved in an array of social and cultural activities. Students will live at St Paul's College (University of Sydney) for the duration of the program.
The academic components of the program will be facilitated by academics from Oxford and Cambridge Universities, who will fly in and stay for the 10-day duration of the program.
In addition to all other activities, students will be receiving a Certificate of Completion, a detailed personalised performance review, and a personalised letter of recommendation, which they can use for applying to universities and various scholarship programs.
Program Inclusions:
- 10 nights' accommodation in a college at the University of Sydney
