Be a Voice for Generations

National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements and explore how we can contribute to reconciliation in Australia.

The theme for National Reconciliation Week 2023 is to Be a Voice for Generations, so we put this video together to express what it means for our students, teachers, and the TC community.

Our boys were busy putting their creative skills to use today, expressing culture through creativity.

Today our Year 8 and 9 students had guest speakers, Jake Ricks (16') and Nathan Hansen, Community and Youth Engagement Coordinator, share their stories. Both proud Noongar men delivered inspirational messages to our future decision-makers during the activities at TC for National Reconciliation Week.

"For all the boys, to be the voice for generations as you are the voice of the future," said Mr Hansen.
