Dear Parents and Guardians,

It’s hard to believe we are coming to the end of Term 2 with only 3 school weeks left! Teachers are well and truly into report writing. Reports will be available on Friday 23rd June. 

Parent teacher interviews will be in the first week back on Wednesday 12th July. You will be able to book these online in the last week of this term. Further communication about these will be available in the coming weeks. 

PSGs

PSGs have been rescheduled to the 13th and 15th June. An email went to families who are expecting this interview. 

INTERSCHOOL SPORT

The 5/ 6 students will be competing against St Johns at home this week. Netball will be played at school and the soccer team will play at H L T Oulton Reserve.

Premiers Reading Challenge

It's back! This challenge was highly successful last year with over 90% of Sacred Heart Students participating. We are hoping for an even higher percentage with easy access to login and monitor your own account!

Type in your child’s username and password which was sent home on Tuesday/ Wednesday last week. (details will be highlighted)

Once your child has completed a book you can search for the book, add it to your child’s list and encourage them to read another!

The challenge requires the following:

Prep to Year 2 

● Number of books: 30 

● Number of books from the Challenge book list: 20 or more 

Year 3 to Year 6 

● Number of books: 15 

● Number of books from the Challenge book list: 10 or more

So far we have read a total of 391 books and we have 60 students participating! We would love to see more students participating, so please encourage your children to jump on board!
