Year 1

Danni McClure

Year 1 has been learning all about the difference between 2D and 3D objects. So far we know that:

Triangles and squares are 2D shapes (Alfie)                      2D shapes are flat (Zoe)

Cones, rectangular prisms and triangular       3D objects have faces, vertices and sides prisms are all 3D objects (Dougie)                       (Scarlett)

A cylinder has 2 circles but it is a 3D shape          2D shapes can  make 3D objects
