Support for Jill & Norm

Soon after the terrible news of Jill & Norm’s car accident, many of you asked what you could do to help. Up until now, there has been little to do practically, except pray, financially support and visit them in hospital, as we were able.

Jill’s daughter Chloe now has this to share:

It's Chloe here, I am organising a working bee  for Jill & Norm on Saturday 14 November 2020 from 9.00am - 4.00pm at

68 Sandergrove Rd Strathalbyn.

There will be a sausage sizzle lunch. If you are able to come and lend a hand it would be awesome.

If anyone has a trailer and gardening tools please bring them along. All help is appreciated.

If you are able to come, even just for an hour or two, please email me LynetteColebatch@tyndale.sa.edu.au and I'll be sure to look out for you.

Long Service Leave

I celebrate 10 years of working at Tyndale at the end of this year and thought I might just take some time off to recover!

No, it's not like that at all. Working alongside an outstanding team of dedicated teaching and support staff over 10 years and watching two of my own children graduate has been nothing but an absolute joy and pleasure.

6 weeks, 2 days and 18 hours to go

but who's counting!

I will be away from 23 December 2020 until

19 July 2021 and in my absence, Yvette will work full time in Student Services, releasing Anne to be full time PA to Sam Cheesman and oversee the Enrolments of new families and Office Management.

A 3 day a week contract position is currently being advertised to provide additional Administration Support to the team while I am away too.

Breakfast Club

We will be launching the start of Breakfast Club this week - Thursday 12 November 2020 at 8:15am to 8:45am and will run it on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the remainder of the term.

It will be something simple like fruit and toast that can easily be taken and eaten on the their way to class. We want to be sure every child starts their school day with breakfast.
