New - How to Turn on Spotlight in a Google Meet
During Assemblies and Grade 6 Graduation we will continue to use 3 cameras with each screen switching to the active speaker or shared screen throughout the Meet.
To make sure you as the viewer are seeing the correct screen at the right time, you will need to turn on Spotlight.
Step 1
Move your curser to the bottom right of the screen and click on the 3 dots
Step 2
Click on Change Layout.
Step 3
Select Spotlight.
Updated - Fee Statements
End of Year Fee statements have been emailed out. If you have not received this, please ensure you have updated your email address at the school office.
Credits have been applied for cancelled grade 3 & 4 camps, and the swimming program for the grade prep - 2.
CSEF payments will be allocated to student levies for this year only, inline with Department of Education guidelines.
A reminder to all families, school fees are to be finalised prior to the end of 2020. Any outstanding fees will be added to 2021 fees.

New - Ganbina Scholarship 2021
Ganbina’s Primary School Education Scholarships are designed to help cover some of the education expenses incurred by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families for children from Foundation through to Grade 6 who are attending Primary School in the Goulburn Valley.
Applications open on Monday 1st February, 2021 and close on Friday 26th February, 2021 at 5:00pm. (Applications will only be accepted within these dates).
To apply for a Ganbina 2021 Scholarship, please call Ganbina on 58217 333 to arrange an appointment. Bookings open on Monday 1st February, 2021.
Information required at time of appointment:
- Proof of enrolment (for Foundation students)
- Your child’s 2020 end of year school report
- Proof of address (i.e. a gas or electricity bill)
- Parent /Guardian proof of identification (i.e. drivers licence, birth certificate or health care card)

Updated - 2021 Preps
If you have a child who will be commencing prep next year or you know of anyone who maybe, and haven't yet submitted application forms, please contact the school office for relevant information on 58252858 or to arrange for it to be sent via email or post. Student Medical profile / Absences
All student medical information and permission notes will now be collected and sent out through PAM.
Absent notes can be submitted through PAM.
If you have not already done so, we ask all families to update their students medical profile through PAM by clicking the "red bell" in the top right hand corner of the home page.
We encourage any updates to emergency contact details to be made through the office.
Updated - School Uniform
Term 4, students are required to be in full summer uniform, including hat for any outdoor activity, recess and lunchtimes. 'No Hat No Play'
Please see the attached policy to ensure your child has all the required items.
We have a small number of second hand items for sale in the office.
If you have any uniform items you no longer require and wish to donate them to the school, please bring them into the office.
As of 2021, a long sleeve polo shirt, the same as current design, will also be available from the uniform shop in Corio Street.

The school uniform shop in Corio St and Goulburn Valley School Uniforms in High St Shepparton both stock St Mary's uniform.
Working With Children Check
Parents or family members who wish to help out in the classrooms or on excursions are required to have an up to date Working With Children's Card. These can be applied for online and there is no cost if you are a volunteer. A copy of this needs to be passed onto the office.
A reminder to notify the school office with any changes or updates to your Working With Children Check.
Medication
Families are reminded to please ensure they provide up to date medical plans and necessary in date medications to the office. If you have provided medication to the office in the past, please contact the office to ensure this medication is still valid and in date.
Parents are reminded that all non prescription medication to be administered at school or on camp or excursions, requires a pharmaceutical label detailing student name and dosage. A signed authority to administer medication form is also required, a copy of this is located below.
