Let's Get Out of Here

The Final Outcome

Physical Challenge—Final Outcome

If you cast your memory back to remote learning last term, you may well remember the ‘Let’s Get Out Of Here’ community challenge. The goal of the challenge was to tally the kilometres of exercise completed by students, siblings, parents, carers and other community members and see how far we could travel.

In five weeks the school community managed to record over 4000kms of exercise, reaching the goal of travelling to Fiji!

Congratulations and excellent work to everyone who entered.

The final numbers and one last graph for all the number nerds:

  • 582 entries
  • 4192kms travelled
  • 486 student entries, 121 parent/guardian entries, 38 sibling, 2 community member entries

I would like to send a huge thank you to everyone for their support and involvement in this challenge, I really enjoyed watching the exercises tally up.
