College Council

On behalf of the College Council, I'd like to thank all of the wonderful school workforce and students for their enthusiasm, hard work and commitment as the school has come back to life this year! 

I encourage you all to read the school yearbook, Making Waves, to see beautiful photos of the school community at large and read the reflections about all that has been achieved over the past 12 months. We'll be entering into 2023 with a new strategic plan, focussing on maximising student learning growth, engagement and wellbeing. 

MGSC will also be embedding the school's new values of empowerment, inclusivity creativity and achievement. Both the strategic plan and the new values were created with extensive consultation across the learning community to ensure they really reflect what is important to us all right now and will add the most value to learning outcomes, wellbeing and culture. 

A big thank you also to all members of the Council for the role they place in the governance of the school. Enjoy the break and I am looking forward to all 2023 brings!
