Compass

St Joseph’s College has spent the past few months busily preparing to move to Compass, our new school management system which will replace SIMON and PAM from the start of 2023. 

As our College continues to grow, Compass will provide us with greater functionality for all members of our school community. Students were last week shown how to log on to Compass. Next week families will be provided with their log on details and a Parent/Guardian User Guide which will allow them time to log in and explore Compass before the start of the 2023 school year.

Year 7 Orientation Day

On Tuesday we welcomed our incoming 2023 Year 7s for Orientation Day. It was lovely to see students from our many different feeder schools meet and begin to make new friends. Our incoming Year 7 students spent the day meeting some of their new teachers, their classmates, touring the school and participating in a range of classes. There were lots of happy and excited faces at the end of the day.

Year 7-11 Semester Reports

Semester Two  Reports for students in Years 7-11 are now available for parents to read on PAM.  To find reports log into your account at pam.sje.vic.edu.au click on your child’s name and then click Assessment Reports. Please read and discuss the contents of your child's report with them. 

Year 12 VCE Results

This year all Year 12 results are available for students on Monday 12 December.

Mrs Crossman will be available in the Careers Office to rejoice with our Year 12  students, and assist with change of preferences etc if required and support if needed through this sometimes difficult process.

Finally, I would like to  wish all our students and their families  a very happy, safe and peaceful holiday; I hope you thoroughly enjoy this time and I look forward to welcoming our students back in the New Year, for the start of our 2023 school year.
