Homestay afternoon tea

On Friday 9 December the International Student Program had our annual homestay afternoon tea and training session in The John Landy Centre. 

It is a Department requirement to train our homestays in child safety as well as share tips on how to best care for International Students. 

We had 12 of our homestays attend the event and with Miku catering (sushi, spring rolls and dumplings) there was a very calm atmosphere and people were happy to hang around, chat, ask questions and get to know each other better.

This was the first time we have run this event in person for three years – it was a fantastic way to conclude the International Student Program for 2022 !
