Sporting Achievements

Congratulations to Eva and Winnie who have both qualified for the South Coast cross country team. This is a massive achievement.  All the best for the state titles. Well done to Nash who qualified as a reserve for the South Coast team.

Interschool Sporting Gala Day for Year 5 and 6

Last Monday our students competed at their first interschool sporting Gala Day. Our students are to be commended for their outstanding sportsmanship and teamwork on the day. They played a number of games in their chosen sport and did Tally proud. Our next Gala Day will be in week 7 next term. Our students have selected their sports for the next Gala Day and will begin their training this week.

Sports Day

Our annual sports day is fast approaching and fingers crossed the weather is kind to us this year. The students have been training hard for their events.

The junior carnival (prep - year 2) is on Tuesday 20 June and the senior carnival (year 3 - 6) is on Wednesday 21 June. Parents and carers are welcome to come along for the day. Please keep a look out on ClassDojo next week for the program for the day.

After School Sport

Thank you to all the students that participated in our free after school sport this term. We have more jam-packed school sport starting next term. The main goal of these programs is to give students an opportunity to try out a sport before signing up to their local club. Next term, we have basketball (paid), AFL (paid), baseball (free) and golf (free). Please keep a look out for more information about these programs coming out early next term.

Have a great week!

Yours in fitness and Health
