P&C News
Wow! If you have not yet had a chance to check out the beautiful, new Bush Tucker garden on top of our oval, please make the trip to do so. This amazing piece was the fundraising initiative from the P&C led Colour Run in 2021. Many, many hours go into major events such as these just so we can bring amazing projects to Tally for the entire community to enjoy, admire and in this instance – also create a valuable learning space whilst giving recognition to the land and our first nations community.
In addition, due to the generosity of our Tally Prosperity Partners, the P&C decided to donate an additional $5,000 towards the Bush Tucker garden project in late 2022. As a P&C we feel tremendously proud of what our volunteered hours can achieve and a huge thanks must again go to all our sponsors.
The P&C is busy at the moment, it's all systems go with so many events coming up. If you are in a position to help on the ground or even behind the scenes (as there’s always jobs), please contact us on tallebudgerapandc@gmail.com.
Sadly, the earring making craft workshop organised for parents had to be rescheduled. We will look to plan a different date for this event in the near future.

School Disco
Friday 16 June
Prep – Year 2 4:30pm until 5:45pm
Year 3 – Year 6 6:15pm until 7:30pm
TICKETS ON SALE NOW UNTIL TOMORROW 9 JUNE!
This is a traditional out of school hours disco. Parents are invited to stay during disco hours and enjoy a sausage sizzle on the grass outside C Block. Sausages and drinks will be EFTPOS only and available until 7:00pm.
Next Meeting
Friday 16 June, 9:00am, school library.
At this meeting our focus will be on putting together a working group for a major event happening in term 3. We really really need you! Sadly, it will not happen without helpers.
Year 6 Graduation Fundraiser Bake Sale
Tuesday 20 June
9:00am - 11:30am outside the Treehouse
Year 6 families will be invited to donate baked goodies for the event.
With so many things planned for these coming weeks, we look forward to meeting with many new and old friends at Tally!
