Welcome Back Everyone!!

Congratulations to all the Foundation students on their smooth transition back to school. It has been wonderful to see all the smiles on the students faces as they confidently head to their classrooms all by themselves.

We have been reflecting on our learning at home and how this compares to learning at school. Lots of students agreed that the thing they missed the most was their friends. Another thing students agreed on was how having their parents at home was so awesome.

This week we have been continuing our learning with description writing. In reading, we are learning new reading strategies to help us read the words accurately.  In Maths, we have learnt about ordinal number and are learning about 2D shapes. We have also started our Science investigations into living and non-living things.

Please provide your child with a set of headphones to keep at school.

Please make sure your child brings their reader satchel and their diary to school each day.
