Tiny Art Project : Highlighting the growing number of endangered species

It's great to be back together

 

Green team tried webex meetings but it is so much better in person! It is so wonderful to have everyone back at school and green team will be hitting the ground running! Come join us every Friday lunch time in C1 to hear or contribute to the latest actions, bring your lunch. Opportunities to get involved include:

 

New recycling bins launch: work with us on the launch for the new recycling bins coming into effect in all classrooms beginning of Term 3. We need a strong team of those ready to take action in the promotion and education of placing our rubbish into the right bins across our school community.

 

Eco Peako: A community event including weeding, planting and live DJ at Merri Park is Seeking students 16 or older to become leaders for the day of this community event. Includes half day training with Merri Creek Management. All welcome to attend the actual event later in year, details to come soon.

 

Merri Creek clean-up: Help us make an impact on our local environment for our community and the habitats of our local flora and fauna. Come to C1 Friday lunchtime for expression of interest and details for  our next session.

 

Tiny Art Project ending soon:  daily workshops lunchtime in C1 until the end of term 2. This projects aims to highlight the growing endangered species list.
