CURRICULUM

Year 11 students
Last Friday we farewelled our Year 11 students for the summer break. We wish our students a wonderful relaxing Christmas in readiness for a productive start to their final year of schooling.
However, students should keep in mind that the holidays will disappear very quickly, so it would be prudent to begin the study break homework as soon as possible.
Year 9 & 10 Examinations
Year 10 Examinations begin this Monday, 28 November.
Students have been revising in class and should now be using their time to complete revision at home.
The Year 9 English and Mathematics Examinations will be held on Monday 5 December and students should now be revising for these assessment tasks.
'S' & 'N' Reporting
All students are reminded that in order to receive an ‘S’ on their End of Year reports, they must ensure that all work requirements, Common Assessment Tasks and homework are completed.
Indeed, students must demonstrate their effort by coming to class on time with required resources and engaging positively in all class work and activities.
Receiving two ‘N’s will necessitate a conference with parents in order to discuss strategies to improve going into next year. So to avoid this, students are encouraged to always work to the best of their ability.
