Gardening Fun!

Hi everyone! Yum! Our tomatoes were finally ready for harvesting today and we enjoyed picking and sharing them together.  Some children decided they would like to try growing a lettuce plant at home, We harvested lots of silverbeet, lettuce and radishes. Some fun stories were shared from sharing our veggies with family for dinner last week. We would love to see any photos of our produce being cooked for dinner!  If you take a photo, please send to bnechwatal@tcs.catholic.edu.au.

Things we need!

Do you have any spare paper bags we could use to bring home our vegetables? We could also use small plant pots. Please leave at the office, labelled “Miss Belinda”. Thank you!

Classroom Recycling

Sustainability leaders are seeing less “mistakes” in the classroom recycling bins. It is great to see our leaders teaching our younger students about recycling and what can go into the bins.
