Cross Country

Congratulations to our students on their terrific success at last week's cross country event at UNE.  We had a large number of students who were awarded age champion or runner up. All students who have qualified for the PSSA Armidale Zone Cross Country Carnival will compete on Wednesday 25th May at UNE.

Information about this will be sent home this week.

ANZAC Day

Thank you to the many students and parents who joined marched in the Uralla ANZAC Day Parade.  All students represented our school with pride. Thanks to Makaala Dodd for providing some photos for us.

School Photo Day -This Friday

Please remember that our school photo day for this year will be held on Friday.  Photos will be taken at 9.00am (staff photo at 8.30am).  It is essential for every student to be at school by 8.50am in full school uniform.  Thanks for your help.

NAPLAN

Just a reminder that students in Years 3 and 5 will sit the NAPLAN assessments next week as we have previously communicated. Results from these will be available in Term 3.

Assembly Dates for Term 2

We will hold three assemblies this term where we welcome you all to come and join us in the COLA.  Our assemblies will be held:

Friday 13th May -2.15pm

Thursday 2nd June  2.15pm

Friday 24th June 2.15pm

Book Fair

Our 2022 Scholastic Book Fair is well under way with a range of books for families to purchase if they wish.  All purchases generate funds for our school to use to buy more resources for our school library.  The book fair is open each morning from 8.40-9.00am and 2.45-3.15pm.  Please note the fair will close at 9.00am on Friday morning.

Kindergarten Enrolments for 2022

If you are planning to enrol your child in kindergarten at our school next year, please come and get an enrolment for from Anne for processing. We are currently receiving enquiries from families. It is important for us to know of any siblings who are wishing to enrol so we can make sure we have a place for them.
