YEARBOOK

ORDER YOUR 2019 YEARBOOK

Dear Parents and Friends,

Each year the school produces a Yearbook which records the year mainly in photos. It is a colourful, sturdy booklet about 2019 at BPPS. Previous yearbooks have been a huge success.  This year there are over 50 pages of activities with each grade having their own page in full colour. Once again, the grade 6 students have their individual portrait and highlights of their time at BPPS.   What a wonderful way to keep those primary school memories of 2019!

Please complete the form below to confirm that you would like to purchase a copy.

Please be aware, due to printing deadlines, some events in term four cannot be included.

Order forms are due back at school by Friday 15th November, 2019. Delivery is expected in the last week of the year.

Books are available at the flat fee of $26 per book.

Order forms will be sent home today with the eldest child, and a copy is also available below.

Student Banking

Student Banking will now be done on Wednesdays for the remainder of the year, due to the availability of volunteers. Bank books can still be brought in on Tuesdays, but they will not be returned before Wednesday.

School banking reminders:

The Cover – name & grade written clearly.  Erase old year level & write new one, each year.

Deposit slip – Names -, First full name, initial(s) of middle name(s) and full Surname. Names need to match school enrolment records, please do not use shortened versions of names

Child’s banking ID number (3 digits) needs to be written clearly – do not misconstrue numbers such as: 1 & 7, or 3 & 8, or 4 & 9, because a different child could end up with your money!

Only Australian currency can be deposited, otherwise it will be returned and amount adjusted.

Bankbook deposit slips need to be filled out clearly and correctly by an adult, not a child.

The Tokens – are a savings incentive for the children.

Tokens are only a visual aid for counting school deposits and should not be taken as gospel.

The bank records are the authority of how many deposits a child has accumulated.

Tokens are to be kept in the cover’s pocket pouches and not to be taken out and kept  at home to accumulate – this is how problems arise when it comes to ordering rewards.

The Tokens are completely removed from all grade 6 children’s bankbooks at the end of the year.

2nd Hand Uniform Stall Volunteer

Next year we will need a parent ( or two) who would be willing to help organise our 2nd hand Uniform Stalls. You would be part of a team that sorts the 2nd hand uniform that is donated to the school and then twice a term help to sell it to parents. The stalls are generally held at the end of the school day but the selling days are flexible.

If you would be willing to help in this area please contact the school office. Your help would be much appreciated!

Second hand stall dates

second hand stall will be run on the following days at 3.15pm

Monday 18th November

Monday 16th December
