Counsellor and Well Being News

After the recent challenges we have all faced, I encourage all staff, students, parents and carers to take time for self-care and to recharge during the term break. Acknowledge the challenges encountered and recognize and celebrate the successes you have achieved, despite the difficulties.

With the delay of the HSC exams, it is vital that our students feel supported at this time. The Department of Education has partnered with ReachOut to provide Stay Healthy HSC resources to help students stay healthy, stay active and keep connected. I encourage students, educators, parents and carers to check out the information here.

Remember if you are having a tough time there is always support available. Reaching out and talking to someone is the best thing you can do. Whether it be family, friends, educators or professionals there is always someone there.
