VCAL ENTERPRISE

The VCAL Enterprise class of 2021 drafted and printed our very own cookbook. We gathered all our favourite recipes and chose a theme for this book. We have featured some recipes that teachers chose and included some traditional family recipes from the members of our class. The cookbook itself took the VCAL class all year to complete, and we had to test every single recipe to make sure that it was to a high standard and worthy to be put into the cookbook. We spent countless days making sure the cookbook was perfect too and that it would be perfect for those who purchased it. 

 

The VCAL Cookbook ‘The Food Bible’ is now available for purchase through Compass Tix and on the link below.  This is a project which the VCAL Hospitality class have been working on all year. Each recipe was trialled in the KSC kitchen for quality and perfection. We are very proud, and can’t wait to get our hands on it!

 

Payment for families can be done online or with cash at the general office. Staff can also pay online or at the general office. There are strictly 80 copies only in the first print run, so get in fast before they go. The Cookbooks are $15 each, and offer a variety of; sweet, savoury & preserve ideas for the family.
