Year 8’s made Chocolate truffles in Week 3 and are well and truly into cooking up a storm this term. We always start with a simple recipe to help remember the processes that are followed in Brookside kitchen and of course truffles are an absolute favourite as well. 

This week they made Turkish bread with hummus. Some students were unsure of hummus but were happy to give it a try and enjoyed the bread. Looking forward to an amazing time cooking with our Year 8’s through this term 😊
