Getting to know us

Each issue, we will be introducing you to a member or two of our school staff team! 

Hi, my name is Amanda and I am the Admin. Assistant at Newtown PS. 

I live on a lovely acre in Moolap with my husband James, who is a Coxswain on the pilot launch in Queenscliff. We have two beautiful black labradors, Remy and Scout and two friendly felines, Spencer and Ziggy.  

We love camping and weekends away in our caravan, going on long road trips up north (Port Douglas is our favourite) and travelling through the outback.  We have driven as far as to the tip of Australia to Cape York and to the Kimberley in Western Australia.  We also enjoy walking our dogs each day, and I love spending time in the garden and looking after my many house plants (you can never have too many, right?!).
