Anzac Day Liturgy

I would like to extend my warmest appreciation to the teachers who led our schools Anzac Day liturgy on Monday, 24th April.  It was a beautiful service that paid homage to past and current serving defence personnel, thanking them and showing our appreciation for their service to the safety of our country. The entire student community is to be commended on their reverence and active participation during this Anzac Day Liturgy.

Year 3 and 4 Grade Mass

Even though the weather was cold and miserable on Saturday evening, we had a huge turnout for our Year 3 and 4 grade mass. Thank you to all of the families who attended Mass and participated so actively in both Mass and our supper that followed. A huge thank you to the Year 6 Pope Francis students who also attended and assisted with the hospitality for the evening. We look forward to seeing more of our families at weekend masses this term.

Year 6 Confirmation

Last night our Year 6 parents gathered for a parent information evening to begin their journey towards their child/ren receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation. A big thank you to Fr Dan for leading the evening and Mrs Woodhouse and Kaylene for their preparation of this sacrament. We would like to ask the school community to keep our Year 6 students in their prayers.
