Year Six News

In Year Six this week we have begun our roam around the biomes! We began in the desert regions of the world. What amazing living things have adapted to life in these harsh and dry habitats, including in many parts of Australia. Many students found the camel an interesting animal to study; meerkats also got a mention and the thorny devil lizard had us all amazed - having specially designed skin scales, he 'drinks' through his skin! Research is continuing so, in the weeks to come, we will proudly share the students' work.

Stay tuned as well; the Community Blog, that will soon feature our student leaders, is currently in production. Thanks to all the students involved and to the teachers who are assisting them.
