Vaping is the act of inhaling vapour from a personal e-cigarette device that stimulates smoking. Its main ingredients are propylene glycol, vegetable glycerine or glycerol. Vapes can contain the same harmful chemicals found in cleaning products, nail polish remover, weed killer and bug spray.
Vaping can cause vomiting, nausea, coughing, shortage of breath, asthma and mouth irritation in the short term, and lung damage, heart disease and many cancers in the long term. It can harm the development of the brain in children and teenagers and young people who vape are more likely to move to cigarettes when they are older. Considering these facts, vaping is dangerous.
Vaping can be considered better than smoking, but both have severe effects on human health and abstinence from both is safer. They may and may not contain nicotine. A vape label may not indicate that it has nicotine it, even though it might.
I hope this helps and you can make informed judgements on vaping.
