Direct Debit Update

Thank you to all of the families who signed up for direct debit. We will send out some more information soon regarding when we will conduct the first run and a timeline. Please get in touch if you have any questions on the email addresses below.

 

Have you confirmed your income for Childcare subsidy?

Families are reminded that to continue receiving childcare subsidy, they must confirm their income for the 2018-19 year with the ATO before today. For information on how to do this, please visit services Australia on https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/news/remember-confirm-your-income-child-care-subsidy

 

Autumn Holiday Program

Biz – E - Kidz has booked out for many days on the holiday program. If you would like to be on the waitlist for any days, please email the addresses below, To make a booking or check availability.

 

How to make a booking

  • Current users: Log into your Smartcentral accounthttps://www.smartcentral.net/v2/service_profile/show/353 
  • Click ‘Copy’ to begin your holiday program application
  • First time users: Follow the link https://www.smartcentral.net/v2/service_profile/show/353 or the bookings page of the Biz – E – Kidz section of the NMPS website  and click ‘create an account’
  • Check all the information is correct and complete
  • In the bookings section, select ‘vacation care’ from the drop-down menu and select your required days. Review your application and click submit.
  • PLEASE NOTE: you will not be able to make bookings BEFORE Tuesday 9/03/21 at 7:15 am
  • Confirmations will be sent via email on the week beginning 15/03/21
  • Bookings close 12/3/21. Any applications made after this date will be confirmed within three working days and are subject to availability.
  • Deposits of $10 per child per day are due by Friday 26/02/21. Any changes, cancelations, and no shows after this date will incur a $30 per child per day fee
