Capital Works Program (CWP)
The excitement for the master plan is building! (That was not meant to be a pun!)
The school, in conjunction with VSBA and the Region has interviewed three architectural companies and we have made a selection. Musk Studios were the successful architects. The first planning meeting with the selected company was last week. This discussed the parameters of the brief from the VSBA perspective. This was followed by a meeting on site with the architects this week and a tour of the school.
Stage one of the planning process is developing a schematic design for the whole site. This is expected to be developed in the next 11 weeks.
We will have a workshop for students, staff and parents to discuss their ideas and future projection of new programs and the facilities to assist in the delivery of the program. There are tight timelines set by VSBA for these projects to keep them on track. I will keep you informed of development along the journey.
