You Can Do It

Organisation

This term in school we are teaching children all about the foundation of Organisation. Being organised can mean writing work down in a diary to help keep track of what work needs to be done. You can write down:

when homework assignments are due
when you have to start each part or step of an assignment

This week at home, talk with your child about an assignment that is due in a few weeks time. Discuss together the smaller steps that they have to take to complete the assignment (e.g. collect research, write a rough draft, and finish a final copy to hand in by the due date).
