Are you using PAM?

Thank you to those families who have already enabled your account. We have already shared some excursion permissions through this platform, so it is vital every family is active.
Please also read the next page if you are having problems accessing PAM.
This year we have introduced SIMON for our school management and communications. You will need to set up a Parent Access Module (PAM) account.
Please follow these steps:
1. Receive an email asking you to click on a link and create a password for your PAM account. (This would have come from noreply@spclayton.catholic.edu.au and may have gone to your junk/spam folder. If this is the case, please make this email address “Not Junk” so that future communications go directly into your inbox.)
2. Use the link to create a password, (log into PAM by going to https://pam.spclayton.catholic.edu.au and using your email address as your username)
If you are on your phone, you can then save this web page to your home screen and it will be easily available by clicking on the PAM icon.
(SIMON EVERYWHERE)
3. Download the app 'SIMON Everywhere'. Open the app and go to Tools > Add School > Find your school from the list > Select Login for Parent Access.
Username -your email address
Password -the password that you just created.
If you have not received this email, or the link does not work, please contact the office and we will send you a new link.
Once you are in PAM/SIMON Everywhere, you will be asked to complete medical details for your child/ren – click on the popup reminder screen and you will be directed to the blank medical form.
Ensure you complete all fields and save it. This form must be completed in the one session, so make sure that you have any important documents, such as Asthma Management plans, ready to go in electronic form.
Another handy feature is the Parent Notified Absence button. If your child is going to be away from school, you can click on this button to enter the details and this will notify the school of the absence details.
Throughout the year, we will be using more features, but we will let you know about that later on.
This system has replaced the Operoo platform as our means of communicating with you. It is essential that all families are active on SIMON/PAM.
