Top Tip:  If you are having trouble accessing Compass please make sure you "open in browser" from the drop down menu. 

We would really appreciate it if you could go to your child's Compass page as soon as possible to finalise these items if you have not already done so.

Compass App

To place an order for school uniforms via the Compass School Manager App, open the App on your device and click the menu (three stripes icon) option.  In the list, click 'Canteen'.

The Canteen screen has three tabs, Dashboard, Place Order and My Orders.  You can click the tab headers to go to it or swipe across to move between tabs.  The Dashboard tab will show you any upcoming orders. To place an order, move to the Place Order tab.  Click 'Select Date' and choose todays date.

Choose from the uniform menu to make your order.  Scroll through the available items and click on the one you would like to add to your order.  Adjust the quantity and then click 'Add Item'.  Continue adding items from the menu until you have added all you require.  At the bottom you will see the summary showing the number of items and the total.  Click 'Add Order' to proceed.  When you have finished creating orders, click the 'Confirm and Pay' option to proceed.  This will open the payment screen.

2023 ART COMPETITION

Entries for this year's Art Competition are now OPEN! Students can plae their artworks in the maroon tub outside the Staff Hub. Please ensure names are displayed clearly on the back of the artwork and each piece is accompanied by a gold coin donation. This can be done by either taping the money to the back of the artwork or placing it in a clearly labelled snap lock bag. 

SCHOOL FEES

Term one fees have been issued by the Catholic Schools Office (CSO), Armidale with your BPay details.  Regular payments can be set up directly from your bank account via Bpay or payments can be made through CompassPay.

ATTENDANCE 

It is a legal requirement that you log in to Compass to explain all absences within 7 days of your child being away from school, however it is so much easier if you attend to this on the day as soon as you receive the reminder.  

THE COOLAMON CHALLENGE

Congratulations to Nate and Ricky who were the lucky winners of last week's challenges. The answers were:

Infants: Which sequence will come next? A: C (blue, green, pink) 

Primary: Which number doesn't belong and why? A: There were multple correct answers for this. For example: 100 doesn't belong because it is the only 3-digit number, 25 doesn't belong because it is the only odd number, 36 doesn't belong because it's the only number that is not a multiply of 5. 

This week's challenges is scavenger hunt around the school. Students need to find an image of a dummy and write its location on the entry form.
