Staff Vs Students Speedball

Monday saw staff take on students in the latest installment of the ball sports competition, held at the end of each Term. This Term's chosen sport was Speedball and it was certainly a fast-paced, action packed match to round out Term One. 

Despite the students giving it their all, it was once again the staff who walked away victorious, defeating the students by a whopping 20 points, 25 - 5. Sports Coordinator, Mitch Webb, put in an all-star performance as did Miss Fisher, with her multiple intercepts and athletic prowess, while Mr Green was busy re-enacting Kevin Sheedy's jacket-waving antics from 1993. However, it was Mr. McClure who took out MVP, for his many assists, insane leaps and overall handiwork, assisting to seal the win for his team. Congratulations, Mr. McClure, and thanks to everyone who participated. Special thanks to our umpires, Reagan Fulford and Riley Burrill.
