During the next fortnight, students will be undertaking learning in the following areas:

Subject	Learning Focus
Reading	Week 8: To understand and identify the correct use of verbs, adverbs and parts of speech. Week 9: To understand and explore prefixes.
Writing	Week 8: To understand and use technology to improve my writing. Week 9: To explore the writing process and continue publishing writing pieces.
Maths	Week 8 and 9: To understand and explore 2D shapes and 3D objects.
Inquiry (Health)	Week 8: To understand what Harmony Day is and the importance of it. Week 9: To show my understanding of health and what I have learnt this term.
Social & Emotional Learning	Week 8: To understand how to get along well with others. Week 9: To explore risk taking and personal goals.
