Year 9 & 10 Information Night

On Wednesday evening, we hosted the Information Night for next year’s Year 9 and 10 students. The first two sessions looked at the arrangements for camps and activities that are specific to each year level, including the Year 9 Experiences in Melbourne and China, as well as the Year 10 tour of Central Australia.

The third session outlined the pathways subject program and was followed by an opportunity for students and parents to meet with teachers to discuss individual subject areas.

Students who were unable to attend the evening will receive the required information from their mentors and information about specific subjects can be found in the Curriculum Guide for Years 9 & 10, which is available on the school website.

Pathway preference forms are due back to the school office by Friday, September 6.

If you would like more information, please contact Mr Carolan about subjects, Mrs Winter Cooke about the Year 9 Experience or Mr Alexander about the Year 10 Camp.

Naplan

NAPLAN data for each state has been released; however, information about individual schools and students has not yet been released at the time of writing. Parents will be notified when this data is available, and the individual results will be sent home.
