How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying

The entire company of the 2019 production - over 140 students - invested in a weekend of intensive rehearsal early in June.   The Production Camp ran over two days, with students and supervising staff  staying on site overnight.

This year we welcomed Gabriel Taburet (Graduate 2018, Music Captain 2017) back to production. Gabriel volunteered to act as rehearsal pianist for the show so was working just as hard as any current student was!  Antonio Cowell (School Captain 2018) also joined the company to assist with supervision and various tasks at the camp. Cameron Cassidy-Rickard (Performing Arts Captain 2018), Kiana Carta Davis, Ellie Constantinou and Josh Calwell (Graduates 2018)  were also on hand over the weekend to help wherever needed - mentoring and coaching students, serving lunch, taking rehearsal notes along with any other adhoc duties.  It is fabulous to see so many of our alumni return to be part of the production process and to take the time to reconnect with staff and students. They are always welcome and we thank them very much for their support and enthusiasm.

Along with our alumni,  a hardworking team of Parent Volunteers joined the camp this year.  Primarily assisting with supervision, set construction and catering, they also covered cleaning, photography and other behind the scenes jobs.

This army proved that many hands make light work so we take this opportunity to send our heartfelt thanks to Scott Bell, Sheila Calwell, Claire Carroll, Erika Carver, Emily Doyle, Rosalie Fourniotis, Sally Goss, Karen Harris, Michael Kean, Angela Kerry, Melissa Klein, Shiona Long, Sarah Meads, Tas Michael, Kylie Moreland, Catherine Pfabe, Lenny Raco, Su Rogerson, Jess Tait, Xavier Venville and Bernie Venville.
