ATHLETICS CARNIVAL

ATHLETICS CARNIVAL

On Wednesday 7 August saw the 2013 Athletics Carnival successfully completed despite the threat of a rain storm lingering all day. Students and staff came dressed as something starting with the first letter of their house creating a sea of Chisholm carpenters, Gilmore gladiators and gangsters, Flynn fairies and Monash monkeys. A very competitive day overall with many close track heats which left the finish marshals in a sweat and meant the House Captains had to work hard to have their students participating and competing to the best of their abilities. The end result saw Chisholm house taking out the carnival in a surprise win, which left Gilmore feeling flat as they were sure they were going to back up their
