Swimming 

Swimming will be on again tomorrow. Students will need their swimming costumes, thongs and rashies at lunchtime and put their sunscreen on as well. They will also need a towel. Please make sure all items of clothing and swimming gear are clearly marked with your child's name to enable return if items are mixed up when changing.  

Parent/Teacher Phone Interview bookings are now open on Compass

In order to book in with the teachers at your students school for Conferences using the Compass app on an apple device you will first need to: 

• Login using your parent login credentials
• Click the hamburger menu button at the top left (three horizontal bars)
• Select 'Conferences' from the menu that slides open.  
• Click on the conference cycle you'd like to book for:  Term 4, 2021.........  
• You will be shown a popup which contains information from the school about the conference cycle. Read the message and click 'Okay' at the bottom to continue.
•  If you have multiple students who have been included in the conference cycle you will need to Select which student to book for first.
• To book in click the teachers name. 
• Click an available (white) timeslot.
• Confirm the reason, the staff member, which of your students and the timeslot you selected. 
• Once you click 'Confirm Booking' you will see your booking on the schedule in a slightly darker green with the text bolded.

If you have more than one student Click the 'Back' button at the top left to go back and make more bookings, or review all your bookings.

To see all of your bookings click the little book icon at the top right, highlighted in red in the image below.  This will take you to the 'My Bookings' screen where you can see the times and details for all of the bookings that you've made for this conference cycle. If you need to cancel a booking you can do so by clicking it from the list and selecting the 'Remove Booking' button.  For any issues or questions with the booking process or the teachers you are able to book in with, please speak with the staff at your student's school.

School Fees are due on 02 December, 2021.

Monthly statements were emailed on 04 November, 2021.  Please don't use acc in the reference when paying school fees by EFT as this cuts off most of the account code, so instead of coming through as Cummins Acc 900 it shows as Cummins Acc 9 (surname & account no. only).  Please contact Pauline to make an arrangement if you cannot have your fees paid by the due date.  We are here to help.  

Compass is your one stop shop so please use it for the following applications;

• Explain absences within 7 days - this is a legal requirement
• Update all contact details: address, phone numbers, email addresses
• Find your newsletter and newsfeed items

Even though we can not have visitors past the gate, we are here to help.

• If you need uniform items, please pay for them via Qkr (quicker) and send us an email detailing the item/s and sizes you have ordered.   We will send the items home with your child.
• If you need to collect your child early, please phone us when you reach the gate and we will collect your child from class and sign them out on Compass for you.

The Coolamon Challenge

The winners of last week's challenges will be drawn out this week. 

Infants challenge - Q: I have 4 legs, I can run faster than any other animal. If I play unfair, people call me this. What am I? A: A Cheetah. 

Primary challenge - Q: I am not an odd number. I am higher than 90. I am not higher than 100. If you subtract me from 100, you get nothing. What number am I?  A: 100.

Infants: I sometimes run, but cannot walk. I go with you wherever you go. What am I?

Primary: What has 88 keys but can't open a door? 

Make sure you get your entry in to Mrs Hofman by Thursday afternoon. 

10c Bottle, Can and Juice Box Donation Drive

Thank you for another generous donation drive last Wednesday. We also have our collection bin on the playground for any empty water bottles and juice poppers. As you prepare your donations for this week, please check to ensure that the bottles have the 10c label which ensures that they are eligible for collection. Unfortunately, 2L and 3L milk bottles are not eligible. 

Don't forget, Sports Day = Donation Day!
