Presence

I remind myself that, as I sit here now, God is gazing on me with love and holding me in being. I pause for a moment and think of this.

Freedom

Lord, you created us to live in freedom. May your Holy Spirit guide us to follow you freely. Instill in our heart a desire to know and love you more each day.

Consciousness

How are we really feeling? Lighthearted? Heavy-hearted? We may be very much at peace, happy to be here. Equally, we may be frustrated, worried or angry. Acknowledge how you really are. It is the real you that the Lord loves.
