Welcome to the Library News for 2022

It was with heavy hearts that we farewelled Mrs Gibson over the holidays.  We wish her all the very best in her future endevours, and thank her for her management of St Joseph's Library for the last 5 years.

We welcome the lovely Mrs Leach to the library on a Monday, and the equally lovely Miss Leach to the library on a Tuesday.

We have been very busy with students Year 7-9 collecting books for their Reading Room, and it is fantastic to see so many students borrowing 'take home' books as well.

Mrs Gates has been busy creating displays, with our latest one a 'snow covered mountain' celebrating the winter olympics.

We have set up displays making it easier for the Year 7s to choose books, and of course we have the ALIA book lover week display for Valentines Day.

We have a selection of new books from Lamont on display so come on in and have a look.

Lunchtimes are proving busy with many Year 7s getting used to their laptops and other students coming in for a bit of 'quiet' time, or to choose a book to read.

We look forward to seeing you in the library.
